That sounds like it could be Kaylinn or Goopy. TS2 premade Townies are randomized, and named after the Maxis and EA employees. Both Langerak and GilsCarbo can be considered unique surnames, and they're the only recurring sims that started as townies\NPC. I am an in-law to a family involved in a brutal feud with another family. I am holding a one sided grudge against one Sim (that I've never officially met, and as a result that Sim doesn't even know me). There is another Sim in the family who was born in the same generation as me - though there is consistent age gap between our births, is the same gender, and is also an in-law.
