Then, Oberon or Titania maybe? They don't actually have older siblings but... Wait, mayor of what? I'm guessing Monte Vista or Roaring Heights since Veronaville does'nt have a mayor (just 3 royal families. And a bunch of townies\NPCs.) Clark Houveir does'nt have children yet, do you mean Costanzo Rossi by Mayor? Their first child would be the same age as Kent and Claudio. So yeah, Claudio and Antonio (and Goopy, too) would have known someone who was born when their father was the Mayor.
