Last night I had my Sim move in the mailman. When he took a bath, he was wearing a white t-shirt. I checked to see if he had the "never nude" trait, but he did not, and he was blurred anyway which shoud mean he was naked. He doesn't spend all of his time in the tub, so it isn't really a problem.
