Forum:Who would recommend the Sims 3 Supernatural?
Hey, I'm a huge fan of Supernatural stuff (in games that is) and so, it seems I have been highly-addicted to the idea of obtaining the Sims 3 Supernatural. I've heard many say it is not worth it, while others say it is fun and exciting. I hear that the zombie-spawning problem can be a pain, and the 'inability to save game during such an occurance' has also earned the game a low rating, but, I'm curious to know, just how many think it is good or bad? I personally just LOVE the idea of genetics, such as having children of Vampire/Werewolf/Fairy blood rather than having to turn them once they are older.--Kajune (talk) 10:53, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
- To be specific, 'inability to save game during such an occurance' is an issue where you shouldn't save during a full moon, otherwise, the next time you load your game, the game will always think that your town is on full-moon everyday, making zombies to spawn indefinitely and werewolves unable to turn into human form. Worry not, because this glitch has been fixed in the patch!
- I'm not a fan of zombie, and zombies in Supernatural is a flop. Other than that, Supernatural is quite exciting to me. I like the Alchemy skill, and the idea that occults can populate the neighborhood. Also, I like the SN traits, i.e. Gatherer. I love collecting! Overall, I'd say I like Supernatural, even though most of my gameplay doesn't occur around the Supernatural-thingies. Be wary though, because most features or items just won't look suitable with the game in any way... SN is just a little... too antique in the sense of style. You won't find it right when you put your Gypsy Wagon in the middle of the town... But I don't care about that, mostly. Nikel Talk – Vote! 12:44, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
I love The Sims 3 Supernatural! I just got it recently and I love it! It's my favorite expansion pack so far! As for the zombie issue, I haven't had many problems with it... yet. But really, in my opinion, The Sims 3 Supernatural is worth every penny! My personal favorite supernatural type is the fairies! I love their wings! But that's just my opinion. Whether you get the game or not is really your decision. But I can assure you, if you decide to get it, you more than likely won't regret it!
