'''Frances McCullough''' is [[Belladonna Cove]]'s evil [[witch]]. She lives in the [[Fortress of Eternal Darkness]]. She seems to have a huge rivalry with the good witch, [[Phoebe Adams]], and they will fight whenever they are in the same lot. She will usually casts [[Spells (The Sims 2: Apartment Life)#"Evil" spells|Corruptus Locus]], to create thunderstorms and cockroach swarms, right after her arrival in a [[community lot]]. She does not have a [[Career|job]], so it could be easier to invite her over. Frances has three nice points, while other evil Head Witches have no nice points. If she and Phoebe are both made selectable via a hack or debug mode, one will find that their personalities are the same; both have three points in all areas except for neatness.
