Placing this marker in a room on a residential lot will turn the lot into an apartment and hide the room that it is placed in. Here is a guide for creating a hidden room by placing this marker into it.

#Go into [[buy mode]] > Sort by Function > Debug (the question mark icon) > Misc. Objects.
▲4. Find the item that looks like a ball with white circles on it.t
▲5. Place the item anywhere in the room that you want to stay hidden.
▲6. CAUTION: Once you place this, you can not delete it, and you can't enter the room.
