The player moves into [[Malcolm Landgraab (console)|Malcolm Landgraab]]'s mansion, the exact same one from the dream at the beginning of the game. Now that the character has completed almost everything, there are only a few more things left to do. The character has to keep the kids' grades high enough to be sent into prep school. They also have to get promoted to the highest level. Then, the characters have to save up 20,000 simoleons to buy a yacht. Then, the characters have to throw one retirement party. After this, the game is completed.
