The character has moved to a new house for the time being. Nobody's living with them. The thing is, the house is a mess. Everything's broken, there is trash everywhere and the toilet's clogged. A new character, either Mimi (if the character is a girlFemale) or Dudley (if the character is a boyMale) will come over and say that the character can stay in the house for free if they tidy up the house and fix all the stuff. Either Dudley or Mimi will let the character stay at their house after they have gotten [[promotionPromotion|promoted]] two times and have gotten new stuff in the house. After the player has done everything, the character will go to their house and become [[roommate]]s.
