Money from Mom begins after the player's character wakes up from his or her daydream. The character is actually living in their [[mom's house]] and wantwants to move out. Before being able to moving out, the character's mom wants you to repair the broken television, successfully cook a meal, and get a [[career|job]] so that they are prepared for what is to come. The character also has to borrow money from Mom; 800 [[simoleons]]. When they have done everything, their mom will say that she has found a house for them to rent.
