This tutorial will show you how to make higher foundations in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. No expansions or cheats required in order to do this.

Steps[edit | edit source]

  1. Go to Build mode, and then elevate the ground by making a small square (at least 4x4) hill.
  2. Add a foundation on the top of the hill you just created.
  3. After you do so, add foundations to the slopes of the hill.
  4. Optional Step. Go to the ground level floor and flatten the hill beneath. You could also add foundations beside for making a building with the new higher foundation trick you've just learned!
