This article describes features that are only available in The Sims 4: Get to Work.

In The Sims 4: Get to Work, the alien features, such as alien face presets and skin tones are only available to aliens. It's possible for normal sims to have them, but they aren't directly available in Create a Sim. This tutorial will explain how to get the alien features for normal sims.

Create-a-Sim

  1. In Create a Sim, click on the button to create an alien.
  2. Go into head view and give the alien white skin.
  3. Sculpt the alien's face to look like a normal sim.
  4. Preferably, give the the alien hair. Facial hair is optional.
  5. Go into full body and give the alien normal clothes.
  6. The sim should still be able to have alien features.

It should be noted that the normal sim will still function as an alien. If they get children, it won't result in a normal sim.
