It's possible to make an [[alien]] in [[Create-A-Sim|Create A Sim]] starting from a normal [[sim]]. The [[sim]] will have the appearance of being an [[alien]], however, it will be no more than appearance. They can also wear regular clothes and have hair, even before the May 4th 2015 Update. To create an [[alien]] follow this guide below:
