Note that by default, a naked Sim has a 'barbie-doll' skin so there is nothing naughty or provocative to see if you apply the .package mod to remove the mosaic blur. Also, when sitting on the toilet a Sim does not remove its underwear. So if you find the default mosaic blur annoying or even painful (some people are actually given headaches by the effect), you don't have to worry about being considered lecherous.
