A few people around the Internet have suggested many ways in order to get the [[Bella Goth]] back. Here are a few suggestions.

#Download SimPE from [http://sims.ambertation.de/]
#Run SimPE once you've installed it
#Go to Plugins and choose "Neighborhood Browser"
#Select "Pleasantview"
#Under Filetypes choose "Neighborhood/Memory"
#Choose "Neighborhood/Memory" again under packed file
#Let the list of wants, fears and sims run through completely
#Choose "plugin view" along the bottom row of tabs
#Choose Bella Goth along the left list of sims
#Select any memories which say "I Am Dead" and press delete on the right for each one
#Choose "commit"
#File>Save
#Close SimPE
#Run The Sims 2
#Load up Pleasantview and any household of your choice (but the Goth house makes most sense)
#Open the cheat box by holding ctrl+shift+c
#Type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" and press enter
#Shift+click a sim and choose Spawn then Tombstone of L and D
#Type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false" in the cheat box
#Click the tombstone and choose "Add Neighbor to Family"
#Keep pressing "more" until you see "Bella" and choose that
#Bella is now a playable character
#Go into buy mode and delete the tombstone

Befriending the Bella Goth in Strangetown and moving her into a lot and then making her find her own place is a way to play Bella Goth, but only in Strangetown.
