This article describes features that are only available in The Sims 4.

In The Sims 4, in Create a Sim, players can sculpt sims to make them as desired. This tutorial will explain how to sculpt sims.

Create-a-Sim

  1. In Create a Sim, click on the button to create a sim.
  2. Go into head view and click on 'Face and Skin tone'.
  3. If desired, start with a face preset.
  4. Click on the sim's facial region that you want to sculpt, and choose a preset closest to what you want.
  5. Click and drag on the sim's facial feature to sculpt it. Go into detail edit mode if needed.
