Like Jimmy, Bob will make your sim pass out if they are in human mode and he will escape in a trolly if in hero mode. Bob can only be defeated by the raticatior.

The appearance of the ghost is quite rare but still notable. If you purchase the 'Ghost Painting' from Johnny's shop and place it the hotel there is a chance that the cartoon-like ghost depicted in the painting will haunt the hotel. If the painting is placed in one of the guest rooms, the ghost will only haunt the room it's painting has been placed in.If the painting is in the managers suite, the ghost will haunt the lobby and if it goes undisturbed it will begin to move around town.
