The Hecking family is a pre-made family featured in Brindleton Bay, from The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs.

This is the first pre-made LGBT couple in The Sims 4 and the second one in the series.
The family is a reference to a meme "they're good dogs Brent" from the twitter user, @WeRateDogs, who were tweeting to a user to the user @Brant about his complaints of giving illogical ratings to dog pictures.
- The family name "Hecking" is a reference to the common word @WeRateDogs would use to describe dogs.
- The lot the family lives on is called "It's A Good House" referencing the phrase "they're good dogs Brent"
- Brant and Brent are both the names referered to the user @Brant, to which @WeRateDogs jokingly replied with their name as Brent instead.
