She resided, during her lifetime, in Veronaville, one of the neighborhoods that ships with the game. Her husband was Antonio Monty. Together, the two had Benedick and Beatrice Monty. She potty trained Beatrice and taught her how to walk and talk. She also taught Benedick how to walk.
According to the memories of her immediate family members, Hero died not long after Benedick and Beatrice aged into children. She is most likely the last Sim who died in Veronaville before the start of the game. This can be seen when comparing Romeo and Juliette´s memories.
