The table can be used by up to 4 players, who are accompanied by a Simbot lookalike croupier. The players can play with 4 diffents buy-in amounts, or they can play just for fun. Children cannot use the blackjack table, and teens can only play for fun, with no money involved.

The table can be sabotaged by [[Technophobe]]s in order to make others lose more often, hacked by [[Evil]] Sims, [[Computer Whiz]]zes or Sims with a high level in [[Handiness]] or [[Logic]] in order to turn the odds in their favor. Sims also can watch other Sims play to increase their gambling skill, and the watched Sims might get distracted, proud or irritated by it.
