The Windcarver is a hoverboard that Sims can use instead of walking when outdoors.
How to Obtain
The Windcarver can be obtained either from buying it from the Imports Gallery in Oasis Landing or by purchasing it in buy mode, under Transportation -> Misc.
Use
When in a Sim's inventory, simply click on it and select 'Use Instead of Walking'. This can be reversed, by selecting 'Don't Use Instead of Walking'.
