The Frosty Dreams ice cream truck is a new feature included in The Sims 3: Pets. Just like a food truck, the ice cream truck can appear in any neighborhood wandering along the street. They stop on normal parking lots or in front of houses, where they sell ice cream. Eating an ice cream from this truck grants a Sim the "Yummy Goodness!" moodlet for two hours or Brain Freeze moodlet. If the ice cream truck is deleted, it will re-appear.
