The Frosty Dreams ice cream truck is a new feature included in The Sims 3: Pets. It appears in any neighborhood wandering along the street, similar to a food truck. They can stop on normal parking lots or in front of houses selling ice cream. Eating the ice cream grants Sims a "Yummy Goodness!" moodlet for two hours.
