The ideal plantsim is a debugging character most likely used for The Sims 2: Seasons. He is only available through the cheat Boolprop testingcheatsenabled. Note: his name is in lower case letters.
He's the "father" of all spawned plant babies. So the game uses his genes and that of the Sim who spawns the baby, like in a real birth. Because of this, he is Daisy Greenman's father, though he isn't on her family tree, which simply shows Rose as her mother.
