*Sims wake up frequently at night and gain the "Can't sleep" [[Buff]], which prevents them from sleeping at all for several hours.
*Insomniacs receive considerably less sleep than other Sims, and thus will often fall asleep at inappropriate times during the day to compensate for the sleep they lost.
