'''James Briggs''' is a pre-made Pet Stories character who lives in Mesa Flats, and is best friends with [[Stephen Loyal]]. In the beginning of Stephen's story, James runs from [[Celeste Girard]]'s wedding to remind Stephen about his cousin's wedding. Later in the story, Stephen and James work together to expose [[Gordon Fetching]] as the con-man that had moved to Mesa Flats.
