She's a special NPC that is featured in the 2016 Spring Challenge, whichand challengedthe 2016 Triple Boost Week: Skills and Careers. In the Spring Challenge, the player was challenged to find her and build a relationship with her, in order to receive a special one-time offering Growfruit seed, which she is loaded with. In the Triple Boost Week, the player could either find her or call her on the phone to be granted seven in-game days of either Skill or Career boosts.
