While he is an alien-Sim hybrid, he appears much more Sim-like than his half-sisters. Aside from having green skin, he essentially looks like a normal Sim. When the Smith family is first played, the house has a birthday cake and a buffet table, because it is Johnny's birthday. Specifically, it is around 10:00 am on his last day as a teen.
