The Playground is an object available in The Sims, The Sims 2: Apartment Life and The Sims 3. It appears as a miscellaneous item in TS1, it is somewhat expensive and can only be used by children. In TS1 it has a slide and jungle gym and in the description it is regarded as a "clean and drug-free environment". It does not appear in the base game of The Sims 2 but is added in the Apartment Life expansion pack, and is at most premade apartments and parks in Belladonna Cove. It again returns in The Sims 3.
