Justin is unemployed, despite the fact that he is very skillful. It is implied that he has been a [[Computer Whiz]] since high school, and he leans on his capabilities in order to avoid work. This might mean he wants to be [[Skill career#Inventor|self-employed]] as an inventor. This is proved as his room has a [[Scraptronic™ Workbench|workbench]] which probably he used to learn his Inventing skill, and that his [[lifetime wish]] has nothing to do with any career. He might also earn money by hacking, as he has skills in that field. Nevertheless, players are free to choose what Justin will do.
Justin is friends with his roommate Lang, but acquaintances with Wei. He is also friends with his neighbor, [[Anna-Liza Riddle]], and [[Amy Bull]] who lives far from his home. Although at the start Justin is only friends with Amy, it might be better to pair them to, though players may not decide to do so. He is enemies with his neighbors next door, [[Bobby Sargeant|Bobby]] and [[Scout Sargeant]]. Lang is also enemies with them, but oddly, Wei is friends with their enemies.
