She can be made playable by aging her up and [[marry]]ing her, sending her to [[college]], or asking her to move in. Kestrel's [[career]] is randomized at the start of the game, and she is mainly [[interest]]ed in Weather, Politics, Paranormal, Travel, Sports, School.

Strangely, she and the rest of the Teens siblings are recognized as [[Jon Smith Tricou]]'s children, but the relation is not mutual, and they are not related to any of the other [[Tricou family]] members. Kestrel's name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Kestrel Teens" is only referenced in the game files.
