She is identifiable by her short brownblack hair, white and black hat, red sweater, and blue jeans.

Being a Townie, she can be met Downtown, randomly appearing on community lots. She can be made playable by sending her to college or befriending her and having her grow up with a teen sim. Of course, you could also cheat.
