The business tychoon can choose to convince the mayor of the venture while the mayor has to decide if the land should be sold to the [[LandgraabsLandgraab]]s at a cheap price. The outcome is more likely to be positive for both if they invest in freight trucks instead. [[Mrs. CrumpleBottom]] is the largest shareholder of Landgraab Enterprises.
