As the name suggests, this is a mall, that is possibly owned by the wealthy [[Landgraab family|Landgraabs]]. In this mall, there is a clothes store where simsSims can buy every type of clothing for adults, except for [[The Sims: Superstar|Superstar]] High Fashion. In ''[[The Sims: House Party|House Party]]'' version, there will be a tiki themed restaurant, in ''[[The Sims: Unleashed]]'' versionotherwise, it will just be a default Burger Clown Dinerdiner. Finally, there is a shop where simsSims can buy magazines[[magazine]]s to boost their interests[[interest]]s in different subjects. They can also buy gifts for other simsSims in this shop. With the ''[[The Sims: Unleashed|Unleashed]]'' version, the shop is replaced with a mini-pet store where simsSims can buy various pet items. There isn't much to do outside apart from an ice-cream stand where simsSims can get ice- cream.
