Landlord

The Landlord came with The Sims 2: Apartment Life.

When your Sim first enters an apartment lot, they will come to greet you and will wait until you choose your apartment, so you can sign and pay. They will stay to make sure the lot is clean, then leave and come back the next day.

If you have a high enough relationship with the landlord, you have a good chance that your rent will be reduced, which is due in the mailbox every Monday.

Landlords can marry and move in with a Sim, and be replaced with a new Landlord.

There's sometimes a chance when your Sim makes good communication with one of their apartment neighbors, they may mention that they go way back with the landlord and see if they can get them to lower your rent.

Landlords will repair broken objects, do the gardening, clean outdoors and occasionally throw an apartment party.

The landlords will harvest your money trees that you can get in the aspiration rewards and will pay you back a little money. That happend once but I think that what happend
