He appears in every [[neighborhood]], being occasional the neighbor of [[Sim]]s who live in a high [[apartment]]. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by [[marriage|marrying]] him.

Like all pre-made townies, Leo's [[relationships]] with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. Like all pre-made [[elder]] social class [[Sim]]s, Leo is unemployed at the start of the game. However if certain other expansion packs are installed, the game may randomly assign him a [[career]] to match his social class, when he is first spawned in-game.

As far as [[personality]], Leo is somewhat neat, active, and nice. But he is quite shy and somewhat serious. Like all pre-made elder social class Sims, Leo has no pre-set [[skill]] points.
