Is the rarest lifetime wish to have and was obtained by one player by having the following traits:
*Artistic
 
*Born Salesman/Woman
 
*Kleptomaniac
 
*Neat
The rarest Lifetime wish to see is called: Possession is Nine Tenths of the Law. This lifetime wish comes with The Sims 3: Ambitions. I found it with these five traits: Artistic, Born Salesman/woman, Kelptomaniac, Neat, Unflirty. When complete you receive 30,000 LT happiness points. To complete you must steal 50,000 dollars worth of money from anyone. This is very easy due to stealing cars and items outside of houses.
 
*Unflirty
Can be accomplished by taking cars that are located outside other Sims' homes.
