208 Welsh Lane is a residential lot in [[Riverblossom Hills]], owned by the Roth household. The house is very similar to the [[Goth family#The Sims 2|Goths']] house at [[Goth home#165 Sim Lane (The Sims 2)|165 Sim Lane]] in [[Pleasantview]], though it is much brighter. When looking at the house, one will notice that most of the rooms are placed on the opposide side of the rooms in 165 Sim Lane.
