The house is very similar to the [[Goth family#The Sims 2|Goths']] house at [[Goth home#165 Sim Lane (The Sims 2)|165 Sim Lane]] in [[Pleasantview]], though it is much brighter. When looking at the house, one will notice that most of the rooms are placed on the opposide side of the rooms in 165 Sim Lane. Unlike the Goth home's gothic, old-fashioned feel, 208 Welsh Lane is home to several televisions, video games, tacky furniture and brightly colored walls. The house has a medium-sized [[swimming pool]] with a small water slide.
