104 Riverbend Road is an empty, octagonal-shaped house with a kitchen/living room area on the lower floor and a bedroom and a bathroom on the upper floor. The deck is accessed from the upper floor. There is a balcony accessed from the bedroom, however, there are no stairs. The left side of the exterior is an outdoor hangout area and has a garden and stairs to the deck while the right has the pond. The upper level can be modified so that it has two bedrooms.

112 Riverbend Road is a small, empty residential lot. The house has a bathroom, a kitchen-living room area, a small bedroom and a cramped upper floor. There is also a small balcony. There is also a gardening patch on the back of the lot. It has been noted that the house is cramped for a family with more than one member. There is no room with space enough for a double [[bed]], although two single-beds can be placed in the bedroom. On the upper floor there is one completely unfurnished room.

115 Riverbend Road is a small, empty residential lot. The house has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, a living room and a medium-sized kitchen containing a fridge, stove and a small kitchen table. Next to the left side of the house is a small patch of dirt for gardening. There is also a medium-sized pond which can be used for fishing purposes. There is also a lemon tree on the right side of the lot.

111 Vine Street is a large, empty residential lot. This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This house is unfurnished, but has several necessary items, such as a fridge and toilet, but also has a hot tub and a pool in the backyard, as well as a large balcony. It also has a large greenhouse for [[gardening]] purpose. Some players may not notice this lot as it is placed quite remotely.

208 Welsh Lane is a residential lot in [[Riverblossom Hills]], owned by the Roth household. The house is very similar to the [[Goth family#The Sims 2|Goths']] house at [[Goth home#165 Sim Lane (The Sims 2)|165 Sim Lane]] in [[Pleasantview]], though it is much brighter. When looking at the house, one will notice that most of the rooms are placed on the opposide side of the rooms in 165 Sim Lane. Unlike the Goth home's gothic, old-fashioned feel, 208 Welsh Lane is home to several televisions, video games, tacky furniture and brightly colored walls. The house has a medium-sized [[swimming pool]] with a small water slide.
