At the entrance, there is a space, likely to be a living room. To the far left is a bookcase. To the right, is a small kitchen. Toward the back, there are three doors with the center door leading to the bathroom. The other two doors lead to bedrooms. However, the left bedroom is missing a window. Outside, there are a few apple trees and a pond for fishing.

104 Riverbend Road is an empty, octagonal-shaped house with a kitchen/living room area on the lower floor and a bedroom and a bathroom on the upper floor. The deck is accessed from the upper floor. There is a balcony accessed from the bedroom, however, there are no stairs. The left side of the exterior is an outdoor hangout area and has a garden and stairs to the deck while the right has the pond. The upper level can be modified so that it has two bedrooms.
