}}2 Sim Lane is a large lot with an unoccupied 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom mansion. The bottom floor has an entrance hall/stairway, large formal dining room, living room and an extra large room that connects with the dining room, possibly a secondary parlor. The top floor contains the bedrooms. It has 3 large bedrooms with the same carpeting. There's one small room with yellow wallpaper connected to one of the bedrooms, presumably meant to be a child's room, but it can be converted into a bathroom, or used for other purposes. The backyard consists of a large swimming pool, which is unique for containing an island with flowers and a willow tree on it. However, as the island is designed, there is no way to water the flowers unless a) the move_objects cheat code is used to move a Sim to and from the island, b) a Sim with magic has learned the Teleport ability from a purple Crystal Clear Ability RockTS:MM, or c) a custom content sprinkler system is used.

The europeanEuropean variant is mostly identical to the northNorth americanAmerican version, except for the lack of traffic lines on the street. The Asian variant has a black roof pattern, also lacking traffic lines on the streets.

}}3 Sim Lane is a medium-sized lot with an unoccupied 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom house. The first floor contains three rooms. One is likely meant to be a kitchen/dining area, the middle room is obviously meant to be a bathroom and the other room could either be a large living area or a bedroom. The second floor is empty and can be seen as a large bedroom, or can easily be divided into smaller rooms. The second floor contains two balconies.

Players often move the Pleasant family into this house because it is pretty big with two floors, perfect for four Sims altogether.

The europeanEuropean variant hadlacks the fenceswooden removedfences, the exteriorhas was redecorated witha New Amsterdam brick finishingfinish, and terracotaterracotta rooftops. Traffic lines wereare also removedabsent from the street. The front door is a Windsor style door instead of a Federal Lattice door.

}}6 Sim Lane is a small lot with an unoccupied 3-room starter house. The house has one bathroom and one bedroom; the bathroom can be reached from the bedroom or the front living area. The bedroom also has a door which opens onto a patio. The front room can serve as a combination living room, dining area, and kitchen, or the player can have the resident(s) dine on the patio. When first played, the kitchen area features two cheap kitchen counters, a sink, a refrigerator and a trash bin. The rest of the room is empty except for a lamp on "living room" area. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a lamp identical to that in the living room. There is no sink, however. The final room is completely empty outside of a cheap bed and another lamp placed next to it.

Players often tend to move Michael Bachelor into this house, since it is small and cheap, good for a single Sim like him. Of course, any family can be moved into it, though it is small for anything but a single Sim or a childless couple. It should be noted that the kitchen is unsuitable for larger dining tables due to space issues.

The europeanEuropean variant had terracotaterracotta style rooftops, and lackedno traffic lines on the streetsstreet. The Asian version had Japanese-style wall finishings on the exterior, and also lacked the traffic lines.

The asian version had the exteriors redecorated with japanese-styled wall finishings, and had the traffic lines removed from the streets.
