On first floor is one big room with fireplace which will be probably living room or living room with dining room, one smaller room which will be probably bathroom and one room which will be probably kitchen with hall. Full second floor is one big room (which will be probably bedroom) and two balcons.
Players often move the Pleasant family into this house because it is pretty big with two floors, perfect for four Sims altogether.
