On the first floor there's a big room separated with stairs. One side (left) is empty and possibly meant for a living room. On the other side (right) there's already kitchen, so the remaining space is possibly meant for a dining room. There's a small, cheap bathroom as well. On the second floor there are 2 rooms and one of them has a balcony. There's a bathroom, too. This house also appeared in [[Unreleased neighborhoods#Waterside|Waterside]].
