It is a medium sized lot (40x30) that has 4 bedrooms, all located on the upper level, though none of the rooms are large enough to adequately hold a double bed. Additionally, there are 2.5 bathrooms; a half-bath with sink and toilet are located on the lower level, while two full bathrooms, including a "master bathroom" are located on the upper level. The house also features three fireplaces, a large front porch and two back porches, and a balcony off the front of the house on the upper level. The house is unfurnished, except for lights throughout the house, and fixtures in the kitchen and the bathrooms.  This home was featured in many of the Sims 2 trailers and previews of the game.
