While an unbeatable site for pool parties and with a great view guaranteed to put any sim in a better mood, this luxurious two-bedroom house is actually not very large for its price, so financially successful sims with larger families should either look elsewhere or be prepared to expand the house to better suit them. A set of stairs in the living room leads to a walkway on top of the bridge over the pool but then to a dead end, practically begging the owner to add a second floor over the bedrooms.
