This house features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It is one of the few starter homes, and the player can move in it instantly (though only the unfurnished house is affordable at this point). It´shas two parking spaces, large backyard and two bedrooms makemaking it a very good starter option.

This lot appears abandoned because of its isolated location and its old and worn appearance and features. It's name is clearly noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquitoes to live. The first level consists of seemingly aged funiturefurniture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor. It's all a bit damp- and grimy-looking, but it's pretty big with some unused space and makes a good "fixer-upper" house that you can improve over time.

This is a large family home situated next to the August Moon home, where [[Agnes Crumplebottom]] lives. At the house entrance, there is a large porch, following through to the large living/dining room. A medium-sized kitchen through an arched doorway, and a bathroom, is on the groundfloorground-floor to. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two of them are large, one with en-suite, and the second one shares a bathroom with the third smaller bedroom.
