This lot appears to abandoned because of it'sits old and worn appearance and features. It's name is cleary noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquito's to live. The first level consists of seemily aged funiture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor.
