*The Name Liu Pei is a pun about Liu Bei, the king of Shu in The three kingdoms of china. He was the first king of Shu. He wanted to restore the former glory of The Han Dynasty and help the people who had become poor because of the chaos and war.
Shu eventually collapsed when Zhuge Liang, the tactician of Shu, died in The Battle Of Wu Zhang Plains. No other strategists could replace him.
