According to her biography, she genuinely cares for her neighborhood and hopes to become the Leader of the Free World (despite the household description saying she wants to only be elected Mayor). [[Walter Grisby]] will almost always be Lorraine's boss at the start of the game. This also goes for Lorraine being Walter's boss if the player plays the [[Grisby family]] at the start of the game.
