The Lots and Houses Bin is where Houses/Lots are stored for you to place in your neighbourhood. In the Lots and Houses Bin there are some premade houses, but you can put your houses in the Lots and Houses Bin too.
Also you can move people with their house in the Lots and Houses Bin to and the furniture in the house is saved as well. You can also add shops from Open for Business to the Lots and Houses Bin
